Arisa Bumrungsook is a lawyer with transjurisdictional experience in both common and civil law jurisdictions. She is presently specializing in the fields of corporate & company law, securities, banking and finance laws. Her practice involves advising corporate clients, both foreign as well as domestic, on a broad range of matters, namely commercial contracts, cross-border transactions and foreign investments.

Career and Education

Arisa Bumrungsook joined Chavalit Law Group as a member of our corporate & commercial practice group in 2010. She previously participated in the apprentice program administered by the Tax and Legal Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers (Thailand), and she also trained with Australian and Thai government organizations, namely the Office of The Attorney General in Bangkok and the Public Interest Law Clearing House (VIC) Inc in Melbourne.
