Experience

Attakorn Vechanon is an experienced litigator. Currently, he focuses on IP and the litigation thereof. In more than a decade of legal training and private practice, he has provided legal advice on cross-border transactions to both foreign and Thai corporate clients from various industries, e.g. consumer products, automobiles, luxury goods, communications and mass media. He has also handled a plethora of general issues pertaining to intellectual property, such as trademark and patent registrations. His recent representative work includes acting for multinational organisations in labour disputes and mediation proceedings, as well as representing clients in court on matters of commercial disputes.

Career and Education

Attakorn is a dedicated member of Chavalit Law Group’s litigation and dispute resolution team, having joined us in 2010. Prior to joining the group, he attained and expanded his expertise as a commercial litigator and negotiator while practicing for almost ten years at Intellectual Property law firm Satyapon & Partners. Previously to that, he was Legal Officer with the Department of Intellectual Property (DIP), Ministry of Commerce in the Legal Affairs and Appeals Division.
