He specializes in conducting litigation proceedings with concentration in the fields of IT, IP, telecommunications & media, banking and labor laws. Throughout his prolific professional career, he has notably advocated frequently on contentious bankruptcy and business reorganization issues, besides assisting on debt restructuring agreements as well as banking & finance casework. Furthermore, Weerayuth Sajjaphanroj has recently been advising a leading national mobile telecommunications operator in the matter of the controversial auction process to allocate 3G frequency bands.

Career and Education
Weerayuth Sajjaphanroj joined the intellectual property practice of the Chavalit Law Group as a senior litigator in 2005 and became partner in 2008. Previously, from 2000 to 2005 he was a senior associate with the litigation & arbitration department of International Legal Counsellors Thailand Ltd. (ILCT) (Russin & Vecchi). He attained his expert knowledge in banking & finance prior to this during the five years he was employed with the Bangkok Bank as their in-house legal counsel and whilst he was with the Comptroller Department, Ministry of Finance, between the years 1988 to 1993.
