We provide assistance on the prosecution of geographical indications, integrated circuits and plant varieties, recordation of their copyright work and the provision of advice pertaining to IP rights. Our partners were entrusted by the Ministry of Commerce to be on the Drafting Committees for these relatively new areas of IP law.
