Sarmornmart Chaiphatikarn, in her role as a member of the intellectual property team, specialises in the area of trademarks. Her practice concentrates on conducting trademark searches, analysing and rendering legal opinions on trademark applications, preparing and prosecuting trademark applications, appealing trademark petitions and protecting trademark rights. It also extends to investigations of counterfeit infringements and anti-counterfeit casework. In addition to that, she also assists as an important member of our litigation and alternative dispute resolution team, on IP related matters.

Career and Education

Sarmornmart Chaiphatikarn is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group and has been with Chavalit Law Group since 2011. She commenced her legal career at VIDON & Partners: the Thailand branch of Cabinet VIDON, the French trademark attorneys. There she attained extensive experience in the intellectual property field, particularly in trademarks as she spent a lot of her time preparing and filing trademark applications.
