Experience

Sorayuth Suvarnaphol specializes in the practice of real estate & property law and construction law. He has advised, represented, and acted for numerous investors, associations, and leading enterprises – both international and domestic – in sectors ranging from high-end hospitality and tourism services, to the automotive, foods and manufacturing industries, on issues of real estate development in addition to land and leasehold ownership, use and title transfers. His practice also involves consistently handling hotel, factory and construction licenses and operation permits for clients, apart from machinery and mortgage registration work. He moreover frequently conducts land due diligence and regularly acts as counsel for the public listed Thailand nationwide franchise of a major European chain of Warehouse clubs on various land and corporate as well as compliance matters.

Pro Bono

Sorayuth solely handled the entire legal process and formalities  of setting up and establishing a Buddhist temple, including applying for and obtaining all relevant permits and licences necessary for its operation.

Career and Education

Sorayuth Suvarnaphol is a member of Chavalit Law Group’s Real Estate & Property Law Practice Group, and was part of the legal team that accompanied the founding partners upon their establishment of the group in 2005. He was formerly an associate with International Legal Counsellors Thailand Ltd. (ILCT) (Russin & Vecchi) in their real estate department, where he practiced for nearly ten years.

He is currently our leading expert on all aspects of Thai property and real estate law and related government regulations.
