Suwasin Buaprasertying is an attorney who specialises in IP, IT and telecommunications law, representing multinational and domestic corporations in related litigation and alternative disputes resolution procedures. He regularly assists on anti-counterfeit matters, and advisory and representative work dealing with the protection of trademarks and trade secrets, particularly for major well known foreign enterprises. Besides handling work related to intellectual property rights protection, he has also acted for businesses in both civil as well as criminal proceedings.

Career and Education

Suwasin Buaprasertying joined the Chavalit Law Group as a member of our Intellectual Property litigation and alternative resolution practice in 2010. He commenced his professional law practice specialising in litigation as an attorney with a notable local city firm in Chiang Mai, and had earlier trained with the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
