Her practice concentrates on conducting trademark search, analysng and rendering legal opinions on trademark applications, preparing and prosecuting trademark applications, appealing trademark petitions and protecting trademark rights. and also extends to investigation of counterfeit infringements and anti-counterfeit casework. In addition, Wimonkhae Buayai regularly advises on license, purchase, assignments and related agreements in the field of intellectual property and the conduct of the necessary negotiations.

Career and Education

Wimonkhae Buayai is an associate in the intellectual property department, who has been with the Chavalit Law Group since 2011. After successful obtaining her Master of Laws degree, she commenced her legal career at a well-known domestic business law firm, where she attained various experiences in corporate & commercial law as well as specifically in rehabilitation and business reorganization procedures. She trained with the Bangkok office of global firm Baker & McKenzie (Thailand) Limited.
